when you use the MedicsAnatomy mobile application ("the App").

 

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

 

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password 

(stored securely via Supabase authentication).

 

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the App, including scenarios completed, 

flashcards reviewed, and features accessed. This helps us improve the App experience.

 

Payment Information

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card 

or payment details on our servers.

 

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

 

We use the information we collect to:

- Provide and maintain the App and its features

- Track your study progress and personalise your experience

- Process Pro subscription payments

- Improve and develop new features

- Respond to support requests

 

3. AI FEATURES

 

The App uses the Anthropic Claude API to power the AI Scenario Simulator and 

AI Tutor features. Text you input into these features is sent to Anthropic for 

processing. We recommend you do not enter any personally identifiable information 

into AI prompts. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy.

 

4. DATA STORAGE

 

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. We retain your data 

for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account 

and associated data at any time by contacting us.

 

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

 

The App uses the following third-party services:

- Supabase — authentication and data storage

- Stripe — payment processing

- Anthropic — AI features

 

Each of these services has their own Privacy Policy governing their use of your data.

 

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

 

The App is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect 

personal information from anyone under the age of 16.

 

7. YOUR RIGHTS

 

You have the right to:

- Access the personal data we hold about you

- Request correction of inaccurate data

- Request deletion of your account and data

- Withdraw consent at any time
